At the end of the year, a new, larger powder coating system was installed and launched. Dimensions of the curing oven 410 x 170 x 230 cm (length x width x height), spraying dry powder chamber 410 x 170 x 230 cm (width x depth x height) and a top transport system. This will allow us to powder coat most of our products faster and more efficiently without waiting for the anti-corrosion protection service to be performed in other paint shops.

Blachmetal Karp Magdalena is a company that provides decorative articles, crafts goods and industrial metal products. Each product is made of suitable steel materials and corrosion-protected by powder coating, spray painting, hot-dip galvanizing or electrogalvanizing.
Our product range:
- Decorative articles are designed for individual and wholesale customers. Our product portfolio: metal napkin holders, coffee tables, wood racks, other metal decorative furniture for rooms, terraces, balconies, loggias and gardens, seasonal decorations, garden lanterns and cemetery lanterns, metal pots. All products are offered in several standard sizes and versions as well as individual product made according to the sample, description or sketches.
- Utility products include various types of galvanized, aluzinc or acid-resistant metal trays, other equipment for breeding animals and growing plants like cuvettes, feeders, nesting boxes, aluzinc and galvanized sweet covers and hoods. Most of them are manufactured according to reqiurements of customer, but we have also some standard products.
- Industrial metal products are the whole range of metal production from small steel parts to simple metal structures, steel frames, frames, support and fixing structures, ladders, fences, bays, railings, crates, steel containers, metal pallets and others. Goods are made of steel profiles, tubes, angles, rods, wires and pipes. We also offer self-service welding, cutting, bending and rolling according to our technical capabilities.
- Powder coating services - thanks to the launch of a professional powder coating system consisting of a two-station spraying dry powder chamber 410 x 170 x 230 cm (width x depth x height) equipped with specialized Nordson Encore applicators, an curing oven 410 x 170 x 230 cm (length x width x height) for curing sprayed substrate and the integrated upper transport system, we are able to provide anti-corrosion protection for most of our own products, as well as provide powder coating services for external customers.
